What currency are the prices do I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All the products are handmade to order. Usually, we ship them out in 2-3 business days. Except for the lunch bags, those ones ship out in 3-5 business days. On Holiday Season the processing time is 3-4 business days.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays, those orders ship the next business day.

Do you sell in bulk? If so, do you offer a discount?

Yes, please contact us at info@lfeme.com and let us know how many do you need so we can give you the estimated price, discount varies depending on the quantity.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a refund or exchange. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we'll inspected and if it is on its original condition, we will refund the amount of your original purchase (Shipping cost are not refundable). Please, Include name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

Also, keep in mind that we can not accept returns for customized or personalized orders, but please contact me if there are any issues with your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may be able to cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. If the item is already sent, please use our return system to get the refund.

Please note that we can not cancel customized or personalized items if they have been already made.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please contact us at support@lfeme.com as soon as possible, the time frame we give to correct an address is 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission since the product may have been already shipped out, but please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Average shipping time within the US is 3-5 business days and 2 or 3 weeks for APO addresses.

You can always update the shipping speed at checkout.

Can you customize any of your products with a name/last name or make it in a different size?

Yes, I can. Please contact me before placing your order so I can evaluate if it's possible to make and decide how it will be done. (Extra fees may apply).
