Shipping policy

All our products are handmade to order. Usually, we ship them out in 3-4 business days. The lunch bags ship out in 5-7 business days.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays, those orders are sent the next business day.

If you gave requested an expedited shipping label such as Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, that doesn’t alter the processing time, it will only mean that once is shipped out, you will receive it quicker than the regular ground Mail. In some cases and if the workload is not as busy, we can consider those orders and make them quicker than the rest.
