Refund policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase (shipping costs are not refundable). Please Include all, a name and order number on the returned parcels.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

Custom products such as special orders, customized or personalized items are final sale and can not be returned, but please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
